Vodafone Enterprise Broadband Service (VEB) provides broadband connectivity to enterprise customers of more than 50 employees. VEB gives you the flexibility to manage multiple connections on one account and settle it with one centralised bill – a perfect way to keep track of several branch sites and homeworkers.

How It Works

Our solution provides you with several options to purchase, depending on your need, so that you can choose a service that best suits your enterprise.

The first option, ‘Broadband Only’, gives you the flexibility to use your existing provider* for fixed landline and voice call services whilst we take care of facilitating the broadband connection.

The second option, ‘Broadband plus phone line services’, gives you the full package of a broadband connection as well as fixed phone line services. Whether you choose to include voice calls in your service is your choice, if not, we will ensure that they are prevented from being made.

Stay connected to your customers

With Enterprise Broadband, you have the option to cater the service to your business requirements. If you need a router, our innovative ultra-smart router allows you to send a stronger signal to your devices. However, if you already have a router from another service provider, as long as it’s on our approved list, we can provide a compatible service. Both of our service options include unlimited broadband usage (within the limits of Vodafone’s Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) so that you’ll always be connected to your customers).  

Our dedicated 24-hour helpline means you’ll never feel cut off from support. Our Standard Support is included in all of our packages, ensuring that any faults are resolved by the end of the next business day. If you’re in need of an extra safety next, you can upgrade to Premier Support to enable incident resolution within 8 hours. Our services are scalable, to provide a service that is as unique as your enterprise needs.
