How it works

Microsoft Office 365 consists of several business-friendly services and tools that can be run from the cloud or through existing on-site servers.

Exchange Online provides a hosted messaging solution for users with access to email, calendar, contacts and tasks across all their devices.

SharePoint Online offers a cloud-based, enterprise-grade solution for creating shared sites to facilitate document sharing and collaboration within your organisation and among staff members and your userbase.

Microsoft Teams delivers intuitive communication tools for all business needs, from a simple instant messaging platform and audio/video calling to full-blown online meeting and conferencing services.

Office Web Apps enables your staff to view, share and make basic edits to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote documents through any web browser. Work collaboratively with other Office users without worrying about losing formatting, layout or document fidelity.

A range of different plans are available with per-user pricing: ProPlus, E1, E3 and E5. All plans except E1 also provide users with Microsoft Office 365, the latest version of Microsoft Office for desktop and mobile.
