Part of Vodafone’s offering under the G-Cloud procurement framework, the Cloud Security Strategy Assessment (CSSA) service assesses the current state of your organisation’s cloud security, analyses it against regulatory requirements and standard cloud security conventions and formulates recommendations to help bolster existing security arrangements in a convenient, easy-to-follow roadmap.

How it works

The CSSA team is made up of security specialists who work with you to review your current cloud security arrangements, identify any vulnerabilities before they can be exploited by others and offer a roadmap of recommendations that will provide you with a comprehensive security strategy.

There are four phases in the CSSA process: initiate, analyse, assess and recommend.

Phase breakdown

Initiate defines the project’s objectives including any regulatory requirements, identifies stakeholder roles and responsibilities, plus establishes a benchmark based on standard security conventions for your cloud architecture. This benchmark will then be used to measure current and desired future configurations.

Analyse identifies and documents how current cloud security diverges from stated objectives and benchmarked standards.

Assess prioritises the changes required to adopt a more resilient security strategy.

Recommend - the team formulates a clear, comprehensive and strategic roadmap to improve IT security within your organisation.
