storm®LITE™ is a special version of Vodafone’s enterprise-grade contact centre platform, aimed at organisations with fewer than 150 agents. storm®LITE™ offers a base package of features and is charged on a per-user basis. Additional communication channels are available as optional add-ons, and costs are reduced by the organisation handling its own user and call-routing setup.
