Service Advisor
Service Advisor is an optional support add-on for organisations who’ve purchased Vodafone mobile voice and data service plans. It provides your buyers with a single support contact who is available during working hours to help with purchase, account, and general network queries. Three levels of service are available, including access to a dedicated off-site or on-site advisor.

Your named service advisor is available to answer all relevant queries – from arranging installations and billing support to network connectivity issues – during working hours. Communication options include direct phone numbers, dedicated email addresses, web chat and a self-service portal.
Three tiers of support are available: Specialist Advisor, Off-Site Advisor and On-Site Advisor. All include access to a single, named support representative. Dedicated off-site and on-site options provide extra layers of personalised support, including handset recovery, inventory management, order processing, and general network advice.
