The Vodafone Total Workforce Mobility – TBS TaskMaster solution provides a platform for enterprises and organisations to send and receive task-related information and updates to and from fieldworkers. It helps deliver a visible, flexible and compliant solution to benefit all process stakeholders, from workers and management to service users and clients.
Mobile workers access a series of personalised task-related workflows that guide them through their day’s tasks efficiently through the TaskMaster app. The app can be installed on a wide range of mobile devices, including smartphones, tablets, PCs and wearables, and supports Android, iOS, Windows and Tizen operating systems.
Workflows, tasks and schedules are created via the TaskMaster Management Console, a web-based portal that includes compliance-friendly tools to ensure mobile workers validate tasks as they’re completed. The console also provides access to reports and real-time data, which can be used to keep all stakeholders fully informed.
The service comprises two mandatory core components: a TaskMaster Management Console licence for management and back-end staff, plus TaskMaster Mobile Application licences for mobile workers. Several optional add-ons are also available, including the TaskMaster Hosted Service, SMS notifications, additional monitoring and tracking services.
View updates to task progression and location as they happen, plus provide travel ETA alerts via email or text to keep clients and other stakeholders fully informed.
