Top-class audio conferencing now available on demand

Vodafone Meet Anywhere – Audio (VMA-Audio) offers a professional audio-conferencing solution with two service levels. The first, Vodafone Automated Conferencing, enables you to personally set up and manage forums with up to 125 participants. The second, Vodafone Direct Event Conferencing, is designed for larger meetings and includes a comprehensive list of add-on services to help you and your guests make the most of your event.

Automated Conferencing

Operated in partnership with West, the planet’s leading conference services provider, Vodafone’s VMA-Audio offers a world-class, on-demand solution for organising audio conferences with up to 1,000 participants. VMA-Audio has two service levels: Vodafone Automated Conferencing (VAC) and Vodafone Direct Event Conferencing (VDEC).

VAC enables you to schedule an audio conference with up to 125 participants through Microsoft Outlook. Once booked, an invitation is automatically sent to attendees with the date, time, dial-in number, passcode and log-in instructions. You can opt to provide callers with a freephone or chargeable dial-in number. Operator assistance is also available as an add-on service.

Direct Event Conferencing

VDEC offers all the functionality of VAC, but with increased capacity – between 30 and 1,000 participants can take part in these larger audio conferences. VDEC events need to be arranged at least five days in advance. As with VAC, attendees receive all the information they need to log in, but this time they also benefit from inclusive operator assistance when entering the conference. Operators remain throughout and are available to assist with Q&A sessions and polling if required. You can also opt to ask attendees to supply profile data for follow-up marketing.

There are a wide range of post-conference services available with VDEC. These include archive recordings, transcriptions and replay services for those that missed the event. VDEC also provides streaming options, which is ideal if you would like to create a webcast of your event. You can even add video and slides if you wish.

All costs for the VAC and VDEC solutions are clearly explained up front and because you only pay for what you need, it’s easy to control your budget.
