Incident Response and Intelligence Service (IRIS) is a subscription-based solution designed to protect your organisation in case of cyberattack. The service provides 60 hours of emergency support per annum to analyse, contain and recover from computer security incidents or help with incident response preparation.
A subscription to the Incident Response and Intelligence Service gives you 60 hours of access to skilled security consultants who are available 24/7 and 365 days of the year. In the event of an emergency security incident, IRIS specialists will immediately respond to your call and quickly assist you in analysing, containing and eradicating the cyberattack. They also help restore IT operations and will follow up all incidents with a report detailing the nature of the attack, the combative action taken and recommendations to guard against similar threats in the future.
An on-site or remote workshop is held when you sign up for IRIS, which defines the procedure for making an Emergency Incident Declaration and reviews the processes that follow and how information about the attack can be shared securely.
Incident Program Assessment: recommendations for the improvement of your in-house incident response (IR) program based on a review of existing documentation.
IR Playbook Customisation: details how to respond to the top five incidents that your organisation is likely to encounter.
IR Tabletop Exercise: evaluates your in-house IR team’s response to a simulated threat, in particular its triage assessment, team work, incident response performance (analysis, containment, eradication, recovery and prevention), and its ability to communicate and work with external agencies.
Quarterly IR Related Support and Status Update: ensures ongoing IR readiness and provides recommendations if appropriate. Also included is a written report reviewing quarterly status and relevant events, while also providing an update on threat trends.
