The agreement covers three service areas or ‘Lots’:

Lot 1, Cloud Hosting, provides Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS).

Lot 2, Cloud Software – also known as Software as a Service (SaaS) – lets you use our service applications running in the Cloud.

Lot 3, Cloud Support help buyers set up and maintain their cloud software and hosting services
