Lot 1:

Data access
We offer a range of services designed for the Public Sector that allows workers to share more than ever across their sites and improve efficiency. From secure local VPNs to encrypted PSN-compliant solutions, we provide reliable intercommunications throughout organisations and easy access to any centrally hosted services.

Lot 2:

Local connectivity
A local area network no longer has to mean an unreliable network. We offer 24/7 Local Area Network (LAN) monitoring and complete lifecycle management, which can be extended up to 50 sites using Ethernet VPN. We also report faults, restore services and provide on-site engineering for LAN hardware so your workers stay connected and productive.

Lot 3:

Traditional telephony
Our range of telephony services are all designed for ease and control and include traditional direct voice, VPN (Virtual Private Network) indirect voice and a SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) Trunk service. And if you need help with management, security, training or migration, we’ll happily put a team in place to support you.

Lot 4:

Inbound telephony
As the network provider for 69% of the UK’s emergency services*, we know all about effective inbound call management. From re-routing to self-serve, all with full reporting, our services keep things simple and efficient. *Figures based on customer data from Enterprise Data Warehouse and ph Experian’s universe of business in the UK (September, 2016).

Mobile voice and data
At the heart of our mobile voice and data services is our resilient 4G mobile network. It’s now even more reliable, reaching more people and places than before. Our voice solutions and mobile data packages are designed to serve Public Sector needs. We’re constantly innovating and updating the apps and secure profiling necessary to keep your people, information and devices extremely safe and productive.

Video conferencing
Supply, installation, migration, maintenance, monitoring, training, assisted booking, self-launched, operator-launched, virtual rooms – we’ve got video-conferencing (VC) covered. So, if you wish to empower your work force to get more done, now’s the time to dial in. Our solutions can help improve face-to-face collaborations at the same time as enabling a more flexible working environment.

Lot 9:

Audio conferencing
Some things just need to be chatted through. To make sure this happens as quickly and efficiently as possible, we have a simple solution. With audio conference sessions that are bookable online or through our reservations desk. From invitation to sign-off, they’re easily managed by one person. Or if you use our scheduling service with operator support, you can hold larger conferences with up to 1,000 participants.
