You can access innovative, off-the-shelf solutions that are quick to arrange and set up, but have all the benefits of bespoke solutions. And you’ll only pay for what you use.

During a time of tightened belts and diminishing budgets, this more flexible approach to ICT allows departments to deliver citizen services in a much more agile, cost-effective way.

The agreement covers three service areas or ‘Lots’:

Lot 1, Cloud Hosting, provides Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS).

Lot 2, Cloud Software – also known as Software as a Service (SaaS) – lets you use our service applications running in the Cloud.

And Lot 3, Cloud Support, does exactly as it says: gives you all the back-up services you require to help you meet the needs of your individual departments.

Enjoy easy and complete control over operating systems, storage and deployed applications, while we handle the underlying infrastructure.

Lot 2:

Cloud Software
All the services you need on our cloud infrastructure – offering easy, flexible access from a range of devices.

Cloud Support
Advice, enablement and optimisation services for the successful planning, set up, migration, testing and maintenance of your Cloud.
